Ordering Information

When you have selected the items you would like to order or need more information or help feel free to email an enquiry on our Contact Us link or call us by phone. (623) 388-0267. We will need the following information. |

1. The part numbers of the items needed, if you have made a decision. |
|
2. The quantities needed. |
|
3. The date you require them to be in your hands. (Normal production time is 7-10 working days plus shipping time. In some cases this can be expedited). |
|
4. The wording of the personalization and if you prefer a particular font style and size. (We can help with this to make certain it will fit as on some items the personalization space is somewhat limited). |

5. If there is to be a company logo or other graphic. See Artwork Requirements. When these details are finalized we will give you a price quotation. On your approval we will then fax you engraving proofs, which you must, review, sign and return by fax. At this time we also take your credit card information. Production begins at this point. In most cases we are able to ship by economical UPS Ground service to meet your deadline. If faster shipping is required we will inform you. |
Freight Damage |

Freight damage is the responsibility of the carrier. We take great care to pack our shipments in order to arrive safely, and fully insure them for their value. If damage does occur we ask that you do the following in order to make a claim. |
|
1. Keep damaged items in their original cartons along with any cushioning materials. |
|
2. Make available to carriers representative for inspection. |
|
3. Call us immediately. |
